About the Role
Equitus is seeking energetic and high motivation individuals to fill the role of Systems Engineer - Intern at our offices located in Clearwater, FL. Essential Functions:
Provides first-line support for software and hardware.
Performs day-to-day maintenance of network servers (backups, administration, hardware maintenance).
Works with IT Director in designing technical systems and execution.
Diagnoses and resolves technical problems, prevent problem escalation, and provides solutions.
Work in a mixed virtualized environment
Job Roles:
Respond to internal help desk tickets
Providing technical assistance for questions and problems with follow up
Troubleshoot internal network issues
Install software and update hardware as necessary
Create and Maintain documentation related to domain and system administration
Create and Delete user accounts
Qualifications:
Office 365 experience preferred
CompTIA A+ or equivalent a plus
VMWare/Hyper-V experience a plus
