Equitus Announces CEO Transition and Expanded Executive Leadership Team

We are excited to announce that 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘆 has been appointed as the new 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘀.

Mark joined Equitus in January 2025 as Chief Revenue Officer and, in just seven months, has played a pivotal role in forging partnerships with IBM, Dell Technologies, and TD SYNNEX, helping expand our reach and accelerate adoption of Equitus’ AI-powered solutions.

With senior leadership experience at Jacobs, MAG Aerospace, and as Chairman of Ascend Federal Credit Union, Mark brings both strategic vision and proven execution to lead Equitus into its next chapter.

As our founder Robert Guidry transitions to Chairman of the Board and Chief Innovation Officer, and Thomas Frommack joins as COO, Mark’s leadership will be central to advancing our mission:
