What Qualifies

Equitus software with a minimum list price of $50,000
Sold as a native solution on qualified hardware: Dell servers, or IBM Power10 or Power11 servers
Hardware and software must be co-bundled in the same transaction or tied by a shared end-customer purchase order
New software licenses only (no renewals or expansions)
Purchase order must be received by Equitus on or before March 31, 2026

Who Can Participate

Authorized resellers with an executed Equitus Reseller Agreement
Dell: active Dell resellers in good standing
IBM Power: active IBM Power resellers in good standing

Exclusions and Important Notes

Deals under $50,000 in Equitus software value do not qualify
Only new licenses qualify
Equitus may disqualify any claim that is fraudulent or cannot be verified
Taxes related to the SPIFF are the responsibility of the recipient

FAQ

Can I submit a deal after March 31, 2026?
No. The purchase order must be received by Equitus on or before March 31, 2026. All documentation must be submitted by April 15, 2026.

Can renewals or expansions qualify?
No. The SPIFF applies only to new Equitus software licenses.

What if my software total is below $50,000?
The deal does not qualify for this SPIFF.
